When parents come to Care Bridge, they are not simply looking for a safe place for their child to stay. They are searching for answers.
- Is my child developing properly?
- Why is my child struggling with communication, attention, behaviour, confidence, learning, or emotional regulation?
- What should I do next?
- Am I missing an important developmental window?
At Care Bridge, these concerns are met by a carefully assembled multidisciplinary team designed to look at the whole child — brain development, psychology, nutrition, behaviour, emotional wellbeing, communication, learning patterns, sensory needs, and early childhood development.
This is not traditional daycare.
This is a structured child development ecosystem built around assessment, guidance, intervention, growth, and family support.

The Minds Behind Care Bridge
At the heart of Care Bridge is a multidisciplinary leadership team brought together by one shared belief: every child deserves compassionate, structured, evidence-based support to reach their fullest potential.
What makes Care Bridge different is not only professional expertise, but lived commitment. Our leadership has worked directly with children, families, healthcare systems, educational institutions, and international organisations across Bangladesh, Canada, and the United Kingdom. This blend of local understanding and global perspective allows us to design care models that are compassionate, practical, scalable, and deeply human. Together, we are building more than a service — we are building a trusted ecosystem for children and families navigating developmental and behavioural challenges.
From clinical specialists and developmental psychologists to public health leaders and international governance advisors, every member of the Care Bridge team contributes to one mission:
Creating safer pathways for children to grow, communicate, learn, and thrive.
Our work is guided by:
- ●Evidence-based practice
- ●Family-centred care
- ●Ethical and transparent leadership
- ●Long-term developmental outcomes
- ●Inclusive and respectful support systems
At the centre of this vision is Mohammad Zakirul Haque, whose more than fifteen years of experience in structured care and special-needs environments shaped the foundation of Care Bridge. Under his leadership, children achieved international recognition at the Special World Games Berlin 2023, while families experienced something equally valuable: hope, direction, and trust.
Every child entering Care Bridge is viewed through a developmental lens — not merely supervised, but observed, understood, and supported. Clinical leadership from Dr. Toshiba Rahman brings expertise in autism, ADHD, cerebral palsy, developmental delays, and early intervention, helping transform everyday interactions into opportunities for developmental progress, communication growth, and functional independence.
But development is not driven by therapy alone.
A child's emotional world, behaviour patterns, confidence, frustration tolerance, and social adaptation are deeply influenced by psychology and environment. This is where Md. Jahid Hassan contributes specialised expertise in developmental psychology, behavioural assessment, and parental guidance — helping families understand not just what a child is doing, but why.
At the biological level, cognitive growth and behavioural regulation are profoundly connected to nutrition and early developmental support.
Through more than two decades of paediatric nutrition and medical affairs experience at Multinational organizations, Shamina Zaman strengthens Care Bridge's child development framework by integrating nutritional awareness, parent education, and growth-focused developmental guidance.
Care Bridge also incorporates international early childhood development perspectives through Farzana Yasmin, whose training from Mothercraft College and community work in Canada help shape nurturing, inclusive, developmentally responsive learning environments for children of different abilities and developmental stages.
Behind the scenes, the operational safety, governance, and structured discipline of Care Bridge are reinforced by Md. Rezwan Faisal, whose extensive experience in public health, occupational safety, and compliance systems helps ensure children grow within environments designed for both emotional and physical security.
Families also benefit from broader behavioural-health and medical insight through Dr. Md. Mostafizur Rahman, whose multidisciplinary background across medicine, psychology, mental health, addiction care, and community support contributes to Care Bridge's holistic developmental philosophy.
Supporting the organisation's long-term governance and international standards is Andrew Hogan, former Partner at PwC UK, helping ensure that Care Bridge grows with transparency, accountability, and institutional strength.
Because ultimately, parents are not only investing in childcare. They are investing in:
- ●their child's brain development,
- ●emotional resilience,
- ●communication ability,
- ●learning potential,
- ●confidence,
- ●behavioural growth,
- ●and future independence.
Care Bridge exists to help families identify developmental needs early, understand children more deeply, and create structured pathways toward healthier growth and lifelong potential.
The result is a uniquely integrated team capable of supporting children not only clinically, but emotionally, socially, educationally, and holistically.
